Triple Workout Classes include 30 minutes aerobic activity, 20 minutes core strength/muscle toning and 10 minutes of flexibility exercises all in one session. All equipment is provided. Classes held in Market Harborough, Naseby, East Farndon and Theddingworth. The classes are great for helping you lose weight, tone up, improve your core strength and most importantly feel happier and healthier.
