An independent fashion boutique in Market Harborough has become the area’s flagship store after the closure of its sister branch. Jacks for Women in Oundle is closing next month (February), but co-owner Gill Haynes is hoping that loyal customers will make the 20 mile trip to the Harborough store.
“We are very sorry to be leaving Oundle,” comments Gill. “We will miss our local customers and would like to thank them for all their support over the years. However, we look forward to welcoming them to Jacks in Market Harborough and are excited to be able to concentrate fully on our Harborough boutique.”
Located on Church Street, Jacks for Women opened in 2000 with the Oundle boutique opening its doors two years later. Jacks is well known in the area for stocking more than thirty fashion brands over two floors, including a range of European designers such as Jackpot, Elisa Cavaletti, Passport and Pennyblack. The boutique also provides a personal shopping service tailored to suit each customer’s individual needs.
“New customers are always welcome to visit and receive one-to-one advice on anything from special outfits, wardrobe makeovers to finding that one special must-have item,” adds Gill. “We also stock shoes, bags and accessories, so can help create the perfect outfit for our clients.”
A closing down sale in Oundle started in January and will continue until the store closes at the end of February For more information on Jacks’collections or the Market Harborough store, contact Gill Haynes on 01858 431 396 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
