The fabulous thing about this look is that anyone can do it, whether you opt for pretty pastels or bold brights its just about finding the shades that will suit you. I’ve put together some of my must have products and included some tricks of the trade to be sure you’ll look fabulous wearing this seasons hot new make-up trend.
EYE COLOURS
Choose an eyeshadow that is opposite to your eye colour. The contrast will make both the eyeshadow and your eye colour mutually stand out.
For example, if you have brown eyes, try a pastel blue or turquoise MAC eyeshadow in Electric Eel 11:00 is one of my firm favourites, for blue eyes, try a pink shade, I use Diors 5 colour palettes in Pink May 909 39:00, and for green or hazel eyes try a purple or lilac Barry M dazzle dust in pearly mauve 4:50 is great for a party look. This way the colour will enhance your eye not over power it.
I highly recommend that you use a good quality primer before applying colour to your lids, Smashbox Oil Free Foundation Primer 28:00 will secure the long lasting effect of your make-up.
