The Land and Planning team at a Harborough chartered surveyors has announced that the department has expanded at the same time as gaining additional qualifications. Joseph Welch of Andrew Granger & Co (www.andrewgranger.co.uk) has gained membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), whilst the company has also welcomed new member of staff Stephen Mair to the team, who are based in the company’s High Street office.
Joe, who was also recently made associate partner in the firm, has become a chartered town planner, adding to his skills as a chartered surveyor and the services that the team is able to offer. Stephen’s arrival has extended the planning department. He joins the company as a graduate planner and is currently working towards becoming a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute which he hopes to complete in 2014.
