Harborough chartered surveyors appoint new head of commercial property

One of the region’s largest independent chartered surveyors has appointed a local commercial surveyor to head up its commercial property department. Kevin Skipworth has joined Andrew Granger & Co (www.andrewgranger.co.uk) to help develop the company’s commercial business across their three offices in Market Harborough, Leicester and Loughborough.

Joining them from Sturgis Snow & Astill, Kevin has over thirty years of experience in the commercial and industrial sector working across the East Midlands acting for a variety of national, regional and local businesses. As Head of Commercial Property, Kevin will be responsible for all commercial agency work, including valuation for lending purposes, asset management, probate, tax and matrimonial matters as well as landlord and tenant issues, including rent reviews and lease renewals.

“I strongly believe that 2013 will be the year when the property market comes back to life.
